Shachar brings together a rare combination of skills including hands-on software engineering experience; expertise in business strategy; and proficiency in utilizing data science and tech innovation to push programmatic campaigns to their limits, generating growth within the constraints of strict ROI goals. Shachar holds an MBA Magna Cum Laude, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Psychology from Tel-Aviv University.
