Tom previously worked at agencies including Dare (voted Digital Agency of the Decade) and Publicis, across brands such as Sony Mobile, Sainsbury's, Nestle, HP, VISA, Domus Nova, Zurich Motor & Home Insurance and COI. Holding an IDM Postgraduate Diploma in Direct and Digital Marketing, a 1st class honours degree in Advertising & Marketing Communications and was formerly a gymnast with Team GB.
